Shipping
Where we ship. Fervo currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is on the roadmap.
Shipping cost. Free standard shipping on every order. No minimums. No hidden fees at checkout.
Processing time. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery time. Standard shipping arrives in 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
Shipping address changes. If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at fervowellness@gmail.com and we'll update the address. Once an order has shipped, we can't change the destination.
Returns and refunds

If Fervo Maca isn't right for you, return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost.
The bottle can be empty, full, or anywhere in between. We don't require you to prove anything. We don't require you to fill out a form. We don't require you to call a customer service line. We don't require you to "officially cancel" anything.
We chose 60 days specifically because Maca's effects build over weeks, and the research that set our dose ran twelve weeks. We wanted to give you a real chance to evaluate the product before deciding. Most other supplement brands offer 14 or 30-day guarantees that count from the date of purchase, which means you can run out of the guarantee window before you've finished the bottle. We didn't want to do that.
How to start a return.
Email us at fervowellness@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send you instructions and a return address. Once we receive the bottle, we process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
What's refunded and what isn't.
We refund the full product cost. Original shipping was free, so there's nothing to refund there. You're responsible for the cost of mailing the bottle back, which is typically a few dollars at any USPS location.
Damaged or wrong orders.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost. You don't need to return the original.
